The Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency has announced an additional call for participants for its 2025 Beta Version Game Production Support Program, starting from July 15.

The initiative targets game companies based in Jeollanam-do for at least three months, as well as prospective entrepreneurs. Companies must have their business registration completed in the Jeonnam region as of the announcement date. Prospective entrepreneurs are granted a one-month grace period to finalize their local business registration after the agreement is signed.

There is a single slot available for the project, with a funding grant of up to 20 million KRW. The support is aimed at unreleased PC online, mobile, or console games that can reach at least a beta stage by the end of the contract. While there are no genre restrictions, the agency explicitly notes that content crossing societal norms—such as gambling or sexually explicit material—will be excluded.

Applications are open until July 28 at 5:00 PM. Interested parties should download the required forms from the agency's official website and submit them via email to rogo@jcia.or.kr.

Director Lee In-yong of the agency stated, "We are committed to building a support framework tailored to each growth stage to bolster the market competitiveness and overall capabilities of Jeonnam-based game developers."
