Gravity announced on February 5 that it has commenced the second domestic closed beta test for its dark fantasy MMORPG, 'Requiem M', which will run until February 12.

Requiem M is based on Gravity's proprietary intellectual property, reinterpreting the core elements of the original hardcore MMORPG 'Requiem Online'—such as its races, characters, and dark worldview—for the mobile environment. It brings the brutal, hardcore atmosphere of 2000s classic games to mobile, featuring intense combat, bloodstains, and a grim aesthetic. The game supports fast leveling through various dungeons and guild content, and features a trading post that allows for unrestricted trading of materials and characters, aiming to provide both convenience and fun for users.

In this second closed beta, Gravity has improved graphical quality and optimized localization for a smoother gameplay experience, while also enhancing combat impact to increase the thrill of action. Users can participate by installing the test build via Google Play or Apple's TestFlight. During the first closed beta held last December, the game received positive feedback, with players noting, "The background music is satisfying," "The auto-features are convenient and growth is fast," and "I have the intention to play upon official launch."

Gravity has launched several events to commemorate the second closed beta. Players can hunt field monsters to collect letters that spell out 'Server Open' in Korean, which can be exchanged for various items. Additionally, in the treasure hunt event, key items drop with a certain probability, allowing players to obtain various rewards. Starting February 6, the company will provide daily coupons for high-tier mounts, pets, costumes, and effects that can be used during the beta period.

On February 5 and 6 at 6:00 PM, a live broadcast for the Requiem M closed beta will be held on the official YouTube channel, featuring the virtual YouTuber Pring. The broadcast will include an introduction to the second closed beta, gameplay, event guides, and the reveal of special closed beta coupons.
