Indie developer 'Underworld Association' is officially launching its title 'Who's Next?' on PC and mobile this coming 6th, following the conclusion of its early access period. The game is a social deduction title set in a hell inspired by traditional Korean folklore, where spirits and yokai engage in a cutthroat game of tag to survive. Players must hunt down their designated target while desperately trying to avoid being the next victim of their own pursuer, all in a bid to be the last one standing.

Matches support anywhere from 4 to 10 players in a free-for-all format. Everyone is locked in a circular, 'biting the tail' relationship, and you won't know who your target is at the start. Players must complete daily tasks or engage in conversation to gather clues and deduce the identities of others. Be careful, though—if you attack the wrong person, you will be eliminated, so careful judgment is required.

The aesthetic leans heavily into Korean motifs, featuring stages like the King Yama's Palace and the Tongue-Ripping Hell, which take inspiration from real-world cultural heritage sites like Changdeokgung and Jongmyo. It is a mix of a creepy atmosphere and whimsical character design. With classic monsters like the Gumiho, Dokkaebi, and Eoduksini, each brings unique 'soul' abilities that keep the matches unpredictable.

The official release brings a fair bit of extra content. Three new modes, including a single-player mode, are added alongside the existing individual and team formats. A community space for players to interact is also provided. With the mobile version launching, cross-platform play between PC and mobile users will be supported, improving accessibility.

The developer is also tweaking the in-game economy. The amount of silver bars earned after matches will be slightly reduced, and the price of existing skin items will be increased. However, they are considering ways for players to swap silver bars for gold to improve user convenience.
