The Early Access launch of 'Akihabara Blindbox Shop Simulator', a simulation game where you run a gacha shop in Akihabara, Tokyo, is coming soon to Steam.

In this game, you become a gacha shop owner, managing everything from product procurement and shelf arrangement to pricing, with the goal of stimulating customer purchasing behavior. You can explore various possibilities using the game's infinite capital.

Players can explore a vast collection featuring 25 themed series and 134 parody models. Each figure comes in 75 variations, ranging from common to 'Golden Legendary' grades, and is crafted from diverse materials from plastic to pure gold. You can also place massive centerpieces to define your shop's identity. You can hire maid-outfitted staff to greet customers at the entrance and automate tasks such as checkout, restocking, and machine maintenance through skilled employees.

The game requires management logic that goes beyond simple arithmetic. You must understand the entire process of procurement, display, and pricing, while also paying constant attention to a demanding shop rating system. You can promote your store by running advertisements on large electronic billboards in Akihabara, and you may occasionally face special customers like sumo wrestlers or yakuza who don't follow the rules. In such cases, a bamboo sword may even become a means of communication.

'Akihabara Blindbox Shop Simulator' condenses otaku culture to provide an experience of building your own anime pilgrimage site. The game features various parody models, such as mechanical warriors with antennas, tactical bananas related to shooting games, VTuber-style girls, and masked rainbow squads in tight suits.
