Marvel Rivals is gearing up for its 'Night at the Museum' Season 6.5 update, launching on the 13th. The update introduces a new Duelist, Elsa Bloodstone, alongside a significant overhaul of team-up mechanics. Additionally, various events, including the 'Deadpool's Monster Kingdom Championship', and new content will be unveiled.

Elsa Bloodstone joins the roster as a new damage dealer. She is a versatile hero capable of utilizing various weapons, traps, and summons. Her kit is optimized for the damage dealer role, featuring a unique trait where her ability cooldowns decrease as she deals more damage to enemies. She can summon the smoke monster Diablo to snare foes, and her ultimate ability allows her to summon Glartrox, the monstrous force residing within her, to overwhelm the opposition.

Season 6.5 will also bring significant changes to team-up combinations. The existing Fantastic Four team-up will be dismantled, and Invisible Woman will form a new team-up called 'Psionic Chaos' with Doctor Strange. When this team-up ability is activated, Doctor Strange's 'Dark Vortex' will transform into a 'Psionic Vortex,' delivering even more powerful performance.

The new hero, Elsa Bloodstone, will be added to the 'Mr. Pool's Interdimensional Toy Box' team-up alongside Deadpool and Jeff. Furthermore, The Thing will join the existing 'Gamma Charge' team-up with Hulk and Black Panther, and Mr. Fantastic will join the 'Rocket Network' team-up with Rocket Raccoon and Star-Lord, showcasing new team-up capabilities.

Events celebrating various holidays and anniversaries are also scheduled. On Valentine's Day, February 14, a wedding car parade themed after the post-wedding festivities of Gambit and Rogue on Krakoa will take place on the Times Square map. Players can participate in this event to earn Star Coins. During the Lunar New Year, a lion dance performance will be held on the Times Square map, where players can obtain 'Lucky Money' Star Coins.

From February 21 to 22, a short-term tournament event hosted by Deadpool, the 'Monster Kingdom Championship,' will be held. This tournament is open to teams of 2 or 6+ players, with no restrictions on rank or platform. Depending on their performance in the event matches, players can earn various rewards such as Star Coins, 'Unstable Molecules', and exclusive nameplates.

Meanwhile, news regarding the 12 global teams participating in 'Ignite 2026', the international esports tournament for Marvel Rivals, was announced on the 11th. The participating teams include Gen.G from Korea and REJECT from Japan. The official tournament is scheduled to begin in late March, and further details and schedules will be released in the future.
