The Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is set to host the 'AI Ieum Meetup Day' at the Busan Culture Content Complex on April 2nd, from 2 PM to 5 PM.

The event is designed specifically for local firms that often find themselves struggling to participate in support programs due to a lack of information. Rather than a simple delivery of information, the event is structured as a field-oriented session where business representatives and project managers can sit down and discuss their concerns together.

The first session features a comprehensive briefing on the Agency's key IT and content sector support initiatives. It will clarify the essential details that local businesses are most curious about, such as eligibility requirements, funding scales, and the selection process.

The second session focuses on customized consulting. By matching participants one-on-one with project managers for each sector, the event provides detailed explanations of the support programs. Attendees can resolve questions that are difficult to clarify through official notices alone, such as precautions for drafting project proposals and guidelines for utilizing subsidies, through direct communication with the managers.

Kim Tae-yeol, President of the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, stated, "We will continue to provide a platform for communication where we can listen directly to the voices on the ground, ensuring that many companies can receive consulting and benefits from the government and local authorities." He added, "I hope that promising local enterprises will feel that the barriers to support programs are lower and secure the momentum for growth by receiving practical benefits."
