SOOP will oversee the domestic and global broadcast production and official streaming of the 2026 Asian Esports Championship (ECA 2026). This tournament is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA), Gyeongsangnam-do, and Jinju City. Seven Asian nations, including South Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Mongolia, are participating in this national competition.

The tournament began in 2021 as a trilateral event between Korea, China, and Japan, and has expanded into an Asian-wide competition since last year. For this event, held in Korea for the first time in three years, SOOP will produce all matches taking place at the Jinju Indoor Gymnasium in Gyeongsangnam-do from the opening ceremony on April 25 to the closing ceremony on April 26, and will broadcast them live via the official SOOP and KeSPA channels. The opening and closing ceremonies will be hosted by caster Jeon Yong-jun and announcer Jin Se-min.

Approximately 150 national team athletes will compete across seven titles. 'Eternal Return' has been selected as an official event for the first time, alongside PUBG Mobile, Street Fighter 6, the eFootball series, The King of Fighters 15, Tekken 8, and Steppin.

Various events for participants will be held on the SOOP platform during the tournament. To celebrate the inclusion of Eternal Return as an official event, a Drops event will be held for users participating in the live stream. Additionally, events for predicting match outcomes and the final ranking of the Korean national team will be available.
