NetEase Games and its subsidiary Everstone Studio have marked the half-year anniversary of their open-world wuxia action RPG, Where Winds Meet, by dropping a fresh roadmap of content.

Launching in late May, the 'Dawn of the Palace' expansion pulls back the curtain on a massive, previously unseen region spanning 1 million pyeong. In this setting, inspired by Eastern imperial architecture, you'll encounter 3,000 NPCs and various factions, while peeling back the layers of the imperial court's hidden history. From May 20th, a 'Panda Costume' will also be available for one month, a cheeky little nod to raising awareness for wildlife conservation.

June promises a shake-up with new systems and content. We're looking at a management system for your own estate in Qinghe, a new alliance system, and fresh PvE content—including ancient cave explorations and 5-player co-op missions. Plus, you'll get to test out the new 'Gauntlet' weapon.

The development team claims they've pushed over 100 updates and optimization patches in the last two months alone. To celebrate the half-year milestone, they are continuing to fine-tune weapon balance and optimise servers for global regions.
