Major9 announced that it will conduct a massive update on the 19th to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the strategic RPG 'Outerplane', developed by VA Games. This update includes various content such as a new companion, real-time competitive modes, and a character interaction system.

First, a 3rd-anniversary limited companion, 'Midnight Rush Skadi', will be added. This character is a Fire-element bruiser with powerful performance specialized for boss battles. Additionally, players can obtain essential recruitment and growth resources through the 3rd-anniversary commemorative event.

The real-time competitive content is expanding further for its second beta test. In the 'Tactics League', where players enjoy strategic PvP under equalized conditions, Core Fusion characters can now be utilized. The 'Masters League', where players compete in ban-pick matches based on their own characters and equipment, has introduced a new 'Vanguard' feature. Furthermore, a new interaction system including 'Communion' and 'Chat' with characters has been introduced to enhance character immersion and relationships.

The company is showcasing a variety of content through this 3rd-anniversary update, including new companions, real-time PvP content, interaction systems, reward events, and offline events. Major9 stated, "We will continue to enhance the user experience through consistent content updates and player-friendly improvements."

Meanwhile, Outerplane will participate in 'Illustar Fes 11', held at KINTEX in Ilsan from the 23rd to the 24th. Outerplane ambassadors Kang In-kyung, Rett, and Jomi, along with cosplayer Mio, will participate on-site, offering limited-edition game merchandise, cosplayer photo books, on-site events, and special benefits.
