Gravity is kicking off a collaboration between its mobile MMORPG, Ragnarok M: Eternal Love, and the anime series 'Uncle from Another World' on the 19th.

Based on the Japanese fantasy manga, 'Uncle from Another World' tells the rather peculiar tale of an uncle who returns from a magical realm and regales everyone with his stories. Since hitting Japanese screens in 2022 and arriving in Korea in 2023, the show has cultivated a loyal following thanks to its sharp, comedic delivery and refreshingly different premise.

The update introduces a new hero class, the 'Ancient Magic Tool User,' heavily inspired by the character 'Elf' from the series. This magic-dealing class rewards players who enjoy precision, capable of dishing out significant damage. You can unlock this class by using the 'Ancient Magic Tool User' unlock ticket. Key skills in your arsenal include 'Ancient Magic Tool' for extra magic damage, 'Weapon Enchant' to extend your attack range, 'Memory Erasure' which summons the Uncle to strike foes, and the 'Ring of Heaven's Stone'.

To mark the occasion, Gravity is running various in-game events until June 19th. If you complete nine missions on the event puzzle tab, you'll net rewards like five 'Uncle Gacha Coins' and a 'Magic Enchantment Crystal.' Players with a base level of 25 or higher can seek out the NPC 'Riku' in Prontera Square to join monster-slaying challenges. Finishing five missions will earn you profile portraits of the five main characters, including Yosuke Shibazaki, Mabel, and Alicia. Expect further festivities, including a fortune-telling event that grants hour-long buffs and a dungeon challenge that rewards you based on how many waves you survive in the 'Room of Sealing'.

The official community isn't being left out, with three celebratory events lined up. Until June 19th, post a screenshot of your newly promoted 'Ancient Magic Tool User'—ensuring your character name and ID are visible—on the 'Class Certification' board to receive five 'Shiny Rune Stones' and 50 'Rune Crystals.' Furthermore, until May 26th, you can participate in the 'Subscribe to Me' board by choosing which of the four main characters you'd subscribe to if they started a YouTube channel and why. Everyone gets a reward, with three lucky winners bagging 20 'Shiny Star Runes.' Plus, a special commemorative coupon code is available to all users who visit the official community during this period.
