Team42, the developer behind the mobile sensation Mafia42, has officially unveiled the trailer and website for its new MMORPG, World of Slime. This video provides the first detailed look at the game's actual in-game visuals.

World of Slime features systems for capturing and fusing various slimes, as well as mechanics for interacting with them, such as riding them for travel. The game also includes real-time online content, such as cooperative hunting and PvP, alongside various casual lifestyle activities.

Following this reveal, Team42 will participate in PlayX4, held at KINTEX in Ilsan starting on the 21st, to engage with users. The dedicated World of Slime booth will be decorated with a theme reflecting the game's atmosphere and will offer a challenging experience for visitors.

At PlayX4, an interactive event called 'Slime Fusion Lab' will be operated. This is an experience zone that recreates a location from the game, allowing users to try out the in-game system of fusing two slimes into one. Additionally, a 'Slime Collection Tournament' will be held to add to the fun. Participants who record the highest collection score within the designated time will receive prizes such as an LG Gram AI Pro.

Following its reveal at PlayX4, World of Slime will continue to provide updates ahead of its official launch in the winter of 2026. The game will support cross-platform play between mobile and PC, providing an optimal experience for users in various environments.
