The Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) is sounding the alarm for players, urging caution regarding 'Swordsman from Hell' (developer: TRIKY LTD), a title currently under administrative review for failing to comply with mandatory loot box disclosure regulations.

Through rigorous monitoring, the GRAC confirmed that the developer ignored these disclosure requirements. In tandem with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the committee has officially posted a public notice via the Electronic Official Gazette. Should the developer fail to comply following this notice period, the game will face strict distribution restrictions under current legislation.

To make matters worse, the GRAC has identified potential copyright infringement, as the game appears to be using character assets from the popular anime 'Demon Slayer' without permission. The committee has already reached out to the original rights holders to alert them to the situation.

Seo Tae-geon, Chairperson of the GRAC, stated, "The committee is working closely with the Ministry, app store operators, and copyright holders to take necessary actions and prevent user harm." The chairperson added, "We will continue to strengthen our monitoring of titles that flout loot box disclosure rules to protect gamer rights and ensure a sound distribution ecosystem."
