Wargaming has unveiled Season 1: Fallen Eden for its free-to-play tank shooter, World of Tanks: HEAT. The update introduces a new operative, two new tanks, a new map, and a premium battle pass.

Fallen Eden introduces 'Flair', a sniper specialized in stealth and disruption. Flair’s operative trait, 'Signal Camouflage', conceals the player from enemy sights, while the ultimate ability, 'Resonant Link', allows for the deployment of a tank decoy, enabling players to switch control between the two tanks. This can be utilized for disruption, ambushing, and tactical repositioning.

Two tanks operated by Flair have also been revealed. The LEO 2FK, equipped with an anti-tank guided missile launcher, features 'Play Dead', which disguises the tank as battlefield debris to apply a stealth effect, and an 'Electro-Optical Jammer' to scramble enemy targeting systems. The LEO 2KST, equipped with an auto-loader magazine, features 'Active Camouflage' to enter a stealth state and 'EMP Traps' that deal damage and slow down enemies.

A new map, 'Eden', also makes its debut. It is a sprawling desert battlefield built around the ruins of a forgotten large-scale agricultural project. With giant biodomes rising from the sand and abandoned research facilities providing cover, it is suitable for both long-range engagements and close-quarters combat.

The new battle pass will run until September 2. All rewards can be obtained for free, and purchasing the premium battle pass for 1,000 HEAT Coins allows players to acquire rewards in their preferred order.

In mid-July, the developers will implement quality-of-life improvements, including a test-drive feature for all vehicles before purchase, credit boosts for all players, and an option to disable ultimate ability cinematics.
