Mgame announced on the 3rd that it will implement its first-ever quarterly cash dividend since its founding. The dividend is set at 110 KRW per share, bringing the total payout to approximately 2 billion KRW. The record date for this quarterly dividend is July 2, 2026.

Mgame stated that this move to quarterly dividends is a strategic shift from the previous annual settlement, aimed at shortening the cycle for shareholder returns and bolstering investor-friendly policies. Building on the corporate value enhancement plan unveiled last March, Mgame continues to expand its shareholder return initiatives. Furthermore, to stabilize share prices and boost corporate value, Mgame decided to acquire treasury shares worth a total of 4 billion KRW across two rounds in May and June, with the 430,000 shares acquired in May slated for complete cancellation.

Management has also stepped up to demonstrate responsible leadership. Four registered executives, including CEO Kwon Yi-hyung, alongside internal directors Jo In-han, Hong Deung-ho, and Lee Jae-chang, recently purchased 50 million KRW worth of company stock each to align with shareholder interests. CEO Kwon Yi-hyung noted, "This quarterly dividend marks a meaningful start in strengthening our shareholder return policy, following our treasury share buybacks, cancellations, and executive stock purchases," adding, "We remain committed to building a company that grows alongside our shareholders through active dividend policies and responsible management."

Meanwhile, Mgame is doubling down on its growth engine by diversifying its game portfolio. An idle mobile game based on the 'Ghost Soul' (Guihon) IP is set to hit the market in the third quarter of this year. Additionally, the company plans to introduce a new project that modernizes the 'Pooreumhwasan' IP, alongside one additional mobile game publishing service.
