Kakao Games announced that the new league, 'Curse of the Allflame', for Path of Exile, developed by Grinding Gear Games, will be updated on the 25th.

In this league, players will harness the power of the Allflame to explore the deep sea, defeat monsters, and search for legendary shipwrecks resting in the depths. Players can freely arrange various area maps to design exploration routes and obtain new rewards, such as ancient relics.

A massive update is also underway. First, the Season 20 'Mercenaries of Tratus' league is being integrated as permanent content, allowing players to utilize mercenaries continuously from Act 3 onwards. Additionally, the Scion's third ascendancy class, 'Luminary', will be introduced. It is the only ascendancy class capable of permanently employing mercenaries, allowing players to configure various combat builds by freely changing mercenary equipment.

The socket system is also being revamped. Gems can now be socketed regardless of socket color, and matching the gem to the socket color will provide additional effects.

Abyss and Legion league content are also being improved. The Abyss combat mechanics and visual effects have been intuitively enhanced, and a new boss monster has been added. For the Legion content, a new crafting system has been added that allows players to transfer stats of unique armor using new currency, and new rewards exclusive to the league content will also be introduced.

In addition, new endgame content and various special rewards will be added. Class balance will also be adjusted, including buffs to staves and the addition of new skills.
