Level Infinite rolled out a fresh update for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE on December 3, introducing the SSR Nikke 'Drake: Great Villain' alongside a brand-new story event. With Drake joining the ranks in this new form—following Laplace and Maxwell before—the entire lineup of the Missilis elite squad, Metis Squad, is now fully powered up.

The new character, 'Drake: Great Villain', is a wind-code Defender armed with the shotgun 'Villain Knight Carnival'. This character scales offensive capabilities based on maximum health and unleashes devastating area-of-effect damage on multiple foes via a Burst Skill. You can recruit her through Special Recruitment until December 17, and test her out for free using the temporary join feature in the Union Shooting Range during the same period.

A new story event titled 'GREAT VILLAIN UNION' has also kicked off. This chapter follows Drake and companions—who launch the 'New Villain Union' following a power-up—as they stumble upon massive, unknown traces outside Outpost 01. Completing event stages rewards exclusive items that can be swapped for Recruitment Vouchers, skill development materials, and plenty of other goodies. Meanwhile, last year's story event 'Arcana Archive' featuring the Nikke 'Arcana' has been added to the Archive.

Players diving into the Great Villain Union event will receive 'Memory Film', an item used to unlock Archive story events. On top of that, a 7-day login event dubbed 'DAILY EVIL DEED' runs until December 17, showering you with Recruitment Vouchers and growth materials simply for logging in consistently.
