Massive Update Impressions!

Most of that mountain of content unveiled during the last Seven Knights Live broadcast dropped with the September 1st update. Alongside Path of the Adventurer tailored for newbies and returning players, we got a flood of treats including a fresh hero, awakenings, fresh content, and UI overhauls all at once. Naturally, players have been trading feedback, content impressions, and plenty of questions.

The primary target for adventurers right now is Path of the Adventurer. While it initially looked like a feature strictly for fresh and returning players, it turns out the rewards are tasty enough to tempt veterans too. Besides, for veterans already well-acquainted with SKRB, the quests are a breeze to blast through in no time. It hands out all five original Seven Knights heroes, and wraps up the final tenth tier with a 5-star Legendary Accessory Selection Chest. Paired with the Ancient Crafting Charm which boosts fixed crafting rates by a hefty 40%, many players jumped straight into crafting the moment they claimed the loot.

As for the fresh hero Hayeon, the community is flooded with reviews centering on the arena. Initial experiments revolved around offensive and magic deck combinations, but things seem to have settled into defensive decks for now. Opinions vary wildly on which hero to bench to make room for Hayeon, depending on personal taste. Summing up the reviews, survivability feels a tad underwhelming, but the buff-blocking effect is undeniably solid. Following that massive update we just talked about, we are all in that awkward adjustment period for the in-game UI. Unsurprisingly, questions regarding this have piled up on the official SKRB lounge. The features causing the most headache for adventurers are Seven Knights Chess, Melkir's Laboratory, and Hero Composition. Since Seven Knights Chess is a daily routine, many tried accessing it through the bottom menu as usual only to find it missing.

Alongside the update, Seven Knights Chess has relocated to the menu button in the top-right corner. Melkir's Laboratory and Hero Composition have also set up camp right there. Furthermore, features that previously required returning to the main lobby—such as the Costume Room, Exhibition Hall, and mini-games—have been streamlined for better accessibility. It might take a bit of getting used to, but the accessibility is much better now, so make good use of that menu button.

Flame is a powerhouse guild sitting comfortably in the top 8-12% of the Ravaging Expedition and top 200 in the Guild War Major League. They started their first season at rank 638, but proved their mettle by climbing to rank 219 in the most recent season. Their recruitment pitch targets players who want to take things easy, boasting surprisingly relaxed requirements given their ranking. In truth, the only prerequisites are a total Destruction God score of 20 million, Arena Master rank, and 4,000 points in Total War. Witch of the Dark Moon, Awakened Velika

Velika, originally belonging to the adventurers, has finally awakened her true potential. Reading the story description of Velika's 6-star form reveals a narrative where she stumbled upon the Sorcerer's Stone packed with immense magical power. That amplified dark magic of hers serves as the root of her strength. That precisely explains why the prefix Dark Flame clings to her name.

Upon unlocking awakening, Velika earned a fresh moniker: Witch of the Dark Moon. The awakening lore notes that she delved deeper into magic utilizing the power of destruction, bringing her one step closer to the truths of the universe. Translating this to her actual in-game performance, enhancing her abilities specialized for tower content represents reaching a higher plane. Proving this historical lore, her Tower's Tolerance effect even lets her ignore formation limits in the Infinite Tower. Her background wallpaper features the standing illustration of Awakened Velika grasping the universal truth.
