'Project Orpheus', known to be under development by former CCO Gold River, has been revealed to be a single-player packaged game.

The news was delivered on the 16th during a Lost Ark live broadcast. Before explaining the current status of Lost Ark, which has been experiencing various issues lately, former CCO Gold stated, "I am currently making a single-player packaged game." Although the title was not explicitly mentioned, timing-wise it is heavily speculated to refer to Project Orpheus, which was revealed last April.

Project Orpheus is an open-world RPG being developed with former CCO Gold River at its core. While detailed information remains scarce, speculation that it would be a packaged game had already been raised given the goal of a PC and console release. This marks the first time it has been officially stated to be a single-player packaged game.

Meanwhile, the live broadcast touched upon the current state of Lost Ark, where public sentiment has sharply deteriorated following the recent release of Extreme Mordum. Although concrete solutions were not presented, key developers including former CCO Gold River and Director Jeon Jae-hak are scheduled to hold a broadcast titled 'Is Lost Ark Okay Like This?' in two weeks.
