Com2uS Platform announced on the 22nd that CEO Choi Seok-won participated as a speaker and panelist at the Global Game Developer Conference 2026 (hereafter GGDC 2026). This year's GGDC 2026 is being held for two days from the 22nd to the 23rd at the Asia Culture Center in Gwangju under the theme 'K-Game, From Connection to Expansion.'

CEO Choi Seok-won of Com2uS Platform took the stage as a speaker for the AI track session on the first day of the event, delivering a lecture under the theme 'Game Development Using AI Agents, and What to Do After That.' Choi addressed the current landscape where game development speed has accelerated due to advancements in AI technology, pointing out post-development service operations and global expansion challenges while offering solutions. In particular, Choi emphasized that the AI-specialized game backend platform 'Hive Axyl,' launched last month, could serve as that alternative.

'Hive Axyl' is a next-generation backend service platform combining the operational know-how of 'Hive v4,' which boasts over 980 million cumulative global users, with AI technology. Hive Axyl provides a feature where AI automatically writes backend integration codes necessary for game operations—such as authentication and payment—using just natural language requests, without requiring complex programming knowledge. Through this, developers can focus solely on game content development.

Meanwhile, Choi also participated in a panel discussion moderated by Hwang Sung-ik, Chairman of the Korea Mobile Game Association. The event featured key industry experts as panelists, including Won Jae-ho, CEO of AnchorNode, Shin So-heon, CEO of Changjo Gongjakso, and Kim Hoon-il, AI Game Studio Director at Bagelcode. They engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding the K-game ecosystem and the convergence of AI technology.
