The life simulation title 'inZOI' has released its first free DLC, 'Island Getaway', which is receiving positive feedback from users.

inZOI: Island Getaway was released on the 20th, coinciding with the start of Gamescom 2025. The DLC introduces 'Chahaya', a new region inspired by Southeast Asia, along with new systems such as farming and crafting. Chahaya consists of a resort island, a main island, and a deserted island, with various leisure and recreational content implemented on the resort island.

As of the 24th, inZOI: Island Getaway holds a 'Very Positive' (90%) user rating on Steam. Players have shared positive feedback, such as "The content feels complete now that the DLC is out," "It's great because it feels like Indonesia," "Features that were desperately needed in the game have been added," and "The streets feel much more vibrant."

A hotfix was released shortly after the launch of Chahaya. It addressed an issue where 'delivery' was impossible at certain shops, and fixed a bug where Zois would not move if pop-ups were closed quickly during shopping interactions. Additionally, resolution and canvas-related errors on the Mac version were resolved. The inZOI development team stated, "We will continue to do our best to ensure you can enjoy the game in a stable environment."

Meanwhile, Krafton has launched a forum event called 'Light Up' alongside the release of Chahaya. Users who write feedback, improvement suggestions, new ideas, or proposals related to Chahaya in English in the 'Light Up Chahaya' category on the official inZOI forum will be entered into a draw to win an official inZOI kit. The event runs from the 20th to September 16th.
