Raven 2 October Maintenance Schedule Announced

There was no maintenance or update for Raven 2 in the second week of October. Instead, Netmarble dropped the maintenance roadmap for the month, as shown in the image above. The highlight, clearly marked in bold red, is October 21. Given that many current events are set to conclude at dawn on that very day, it’s safe to assume something fairly substantial is brewing.

The October 21 update looks set to introduce the new 'Skirmish' content. If you log into Raven 2 right now and hit the menu button, you’ll see the button for it. Clicking through reveals the schedule for the first-ever skirmish: applications open after October 23, with the first clash beginning on October 25. It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out!

The insights from 'Baek-yeon' and 'Chosik-saja' are particularly worth noting. Baek-yeon, a Night Ranger rocking dual legendaries and legendary skills, noted that their combat power sits in the low 1,900s without buffs. They suggested the user's current specs are likely near the bare minimum, though they wisely added that it’s tricky to define a 'minimum' due to variations in internal character growth.

As for buffs, they recommended focusing on critical strike chance, general attack damage, and bonus damage against humanoids. For the Tower of Chaos, they suggest the following setup: 'Cautious Strike - Double-Edged Sword - Focused Attack - Hot-tempered - Critical Damage Amplification'. For Heavenstones, go with 'Resistance Shield - Focus - Combat Expert - Madness Calling - Ice Strike'.

Chosik-saja, another legendary-skilled Night Ranger, shared their stats: 730 total attack and 590 total defence. They also struggled with floor 40 but managed to push through by setting up for crit chance with even-floor buffs and crit damage amplification with floor 5 buffs. Their Heavenstone loadout? Surprise Launch: Proof of a Warrior Mission II

Back on October 8, right in the middle of the Chuseok break, Raven 2 dropped a surprise new event. First up is 'Proof of a Warrior Mission II'. It’s your chance to earn 'Warrior's Tokens', the event currency. You get 10 tokens for every 10 Special Duty missions completed, with a total of 100 tokens waiting for those who hit the 100-completion mark.

The kicker here is the time management. Assuming your Special Duty level is high enough to take on 8 missions a day, you need to be grinding these daily from the start to claim every reward. Keep a close eye on your mission schedule throughout the event period.

The second event is the 'Warrior's Essentials Attendance' bonus. Over seven days, you'll receive a haul including 'Lucky Growth/Summon Box: Rare (1 each), Blessed Teleport Scrolls (10), Blessed HP Potions (10), Mysterious Elixir Box (25), Fresh Shish Kebab (25), and High-grade Holy Water (100)'.
