Over the recent Chuseok holiday, the rivalry between 'Cheolgeo' and 'Nangman' for the top spot in the Seven Knights Re:BIRTH (hereinafter SKRB) guild siege reached a fever pitch. This time, Cheolgeo managed to snatch back the crown. Furthermore, the October 2nd update introduced new EX and EX+ guild cumulative score tiers. With the previous ceiling of SSS shattered, the top-tier guilds have already surged into the EX ranks, effectively opening a new frontier.

Top 4 guilds that achieved EX+ rank

The top 10 guilds in the siege rankings have transitioned into the newly minted EX and EX+ tiers. Among them, Cheolgeo, Nangman, 'Byeolbyeol', and 'Pirates' have successfully hit EX+. Cheolgeo takes the lead this week with 803.75 million points, while Nangman trails closely at 800.51 million. A mere 3.24 million points separate the two, shifting the leaderboard yet again. Byeolbyeol secured 725.29 million, and Pirates followed with 716.52 million.

Guilds ranked 5th through 10th are all currently sitting at the EX tier. The 5th place 'Heukwudan' is holding a 10 million point lead over 6th place 'Pokpung', with 7th place 'Akma' hot on their heels, trailing by just 85,746 points. We are all waiting to see which guild will be the fifth to break into the EX+ tier. With the arrival of the (old) Four Lords member Kyle scheduled for October 16th, one wonders if he will be the game-changer in siege content; let’s wait and see.

Babungi who switched guilds

The individual top spot for the second week of October goes to Babungi from 'Keungeungdan'. It seems they’ve moved over from 'Dokjaeja'. The individual rankings are usually a revolving door of new faces, but this week saw even more movement than usual. 2nd place goes to Ppakkcheu from 'Byeolbyeol', followed by JiNJiNRider of 'COHO2T'. With the top 9 players all smashing through the 30 million point mark, the growth curve for these rankers is noticeably steeper compared to the previous cycle.

Byeolbyeol and COHO2T are the MVP guilds this week, each placing two players in the top 10. Other representatives came from Pokpung, Nangman, 'Hongeoh', 'Meonji', and 'VLRT', with one player each. It has been quite a while since we saw a Nangman player in these ranks. Let's see which guilds dominate the top 10 next time.

Siege battle results by day for the 2nd week of October

Here is the breakdown of siege results by day. The Ancient Dragon's Castle recorded the highest scores, led by Nangman with a staggering 145,652,877 points. While Nangman took the top spot in 4 out of the 7 days, Cheolgeo's higher total output secured them the overall weekly victory. The introduction of the new tiers has significantly widened the gap between the competitive guilds.

The lowest scoring area was the Immortal's Castle. Except for Cheolgeo and Nangman, eight other guilds failed to push past the SSS rank. It is peculiar that despite the addition of the new hero Miho, the ceiling didn't rise as sharply as it did during the Monday and Tuesday sessions. This suggests that Rachel is quite the formidable boss. Watching which of the two—Cheolgeo or Nangman—hits EX+ first will be the main event.

Siege Pick of the Week

For this week's spotlight, we look at the Ancient Dragon's Castle, where 'Pokgun' from 'Lunatic' topped the charts with 6,279,076 points. It is a massive score that stands in a league of its own. In fact, all top 5 rankers managed to break the 6 million point barrier.

The top 5 players utilized a 'Yui - Rachel - Biscuit - Taka - Sieg' composition. You might wonder why Sieg, a single-target dealer, is included in a 3-dealer setup, but he isn't there to deal damage. His role is to provide stun immunity, buff rear-line physical attack, and act as a damage-reduction debuffer. Taka and Rachel handle the heavy lifting. Yui was chosen as the main healer for her burn immunity, while Rachel, once reaching 6-transcendence, sees her 'Flame' skill become an AoE attack, allowing her to serve as a potent sub-dealer.

Evan is a viable alternative if you lack these units. If your Rachel hasn't reached 6-transcendence yet, Pungyeon is a decent substitute, though Rachel’s debuffs are so effective that she often outperforms Pungyeon regardless of transcendence level. Don't expect many other replacements for this meta, so plan your build accordingly.
