These require 'Class Portrait Restoration Agents'. You can snag these from Archives, the Gold shop, or the Character Codex. The shop offers 100 per day, with a 25% drop rate for each, so it's quite balanced. You can also farm them in the Abyss of Creation, though you'll get individual agents rather than boxes there.

Next up are the 'Eternal Veilis' and 'Overlord St. Claire' agents, available weekly in the village shops. The former is found in the 'Eternal Coin Shop' and the latter in the 'Clan Coin Shop'. The base limit is 100 per week, but once you hit level 55 for Eternal or level 60 for Overlord, you can buy an extra 200.
