Story Event: GO! NINJA THIEF!

The GO! NINJA THIEF! event is in full swing, featuring the arrival of the new Nikke, Delta: Ninja Thief. It’s a nice little breather until the 3rd Anniversary kicks off. The event runs until October 29, so make sure to grind those event and challenge stages for Advanced Recruit Vouchers and growth materials. You’ll definitely want to hoard those vouchers for the upcoming 3rd Anniversary banner.

Harvester Stage 9 Strategy Video

The Solo Raid requires a deep understanding of boss patterns and the right elemental Nikkes to dish out real damage. While the basic rewards cap out at stage 7, clearing stage 9 nets you an exclusive title. It’s a much steeper climb since you actually have to down the boss.

A user named 'ArtusQ' on BlaBla has shared a solid guide for the Harvester boss. Since they’re an English-speaking player, I’d suggest using the in-game translation feature if you’re playing on the Korean server.

ArtusQ ran 'Little Mermaid - Crown - Dorothy: Serendipity - Helm - Elegg: Boom & Shock'. They’ve posted two videos—one for the full strategy and another for gameplay—complete with burst cycles and some genuinely helpful hand-drawn notes. Even if the narration is in English, the diagrams are worth a thousand words for anyone struggling with the Harvester.

Don't Forget the Resident Evil Collaboration

Seeing the GO! NINJA THIEF! event live has led some players to mistakenly think the collaboration has ended. Not so—it runs until October 23. When two events run simultaneously, an exchange icon pops up on the main screen; just click it to toggle between the event visuals.

Phantom Thief Ninja: 'Delta: Ninja Thief'

Today’s spotlight is on the new SSR variation: Delta: Ninja Thief (or 'Ninja Delta'). Back in May, the story event dropped hints about her joining the Phantom Thieves, and five months later, she’s finally made her debut. She’s leaning hard into the ninja aesthetic—though one wonders which particular piece of media she was watching to land on this specific look. Feel free to speculate with your fellow Commanders.

Ninja Delta is a Burst II, Machine Gun, Defender type. Her kit is situational, shifting her 2nd Skill and Burst effects depending on whether other Defenders are in the squad. Her bread and butter is Skill 1, 'Ninjutsu: Acid Bomb', which applies a 15-second damage-taken debuff to all enemies during Full Burst. Using her Burst adds a 10-second Attack buff to herself and another damage-taken debuff to enemies nearest to the crosshair. At level 10, you're looking at a 12% debuff under Full Burst and 8% during Burst, capping at 20% total due to duration scaling.

Skill 2, 'Ninjutsu: Camouflage', changes effects based on squad composition at the start of battle. If there are no other Defenders, she gains a shield for 10 seconds and taunts all enemies. If there is a Defender present, she gets 'untargetable' for 10 seconds and enters the 'Ninjutsu: Injection' state, which grants her lifesteal based on her damage output.

Furthermore, while in the 'Ninjutsu: Injection' state, she triggers 'Ninjutsu: IFAK' every 4 seconds. It heals for a set amount based on her final attack power, effectively giving her a continuous healing loop.

Her Burst, 'Secret Art: Ninja Overdrive', grants the team damage distribution and an Attack buff for 10 seconds while dealing damage to all enemies based on her final attack. Depending on her state from Skill 2, she either buffs her own shield or increases the maximum healing stack.

Ninja Delta is one of only two permanent Water Machine Gun Nikkes, joining Aria. Given she’s a niche pick with a 40-second Burst cooldown, she’ll always need a partner in the Burst II slot. Her low base attack (being a Defender) and lower Burst damage output have led many to suggest saving your gems for the 3rd Anniversary. Still, keep an eye on her—she might be a sleeper hit.

Delta has been around since launch as an SR unit, famous for her military-grade jargon that’s practically triggering for anyone who has served. Despite being an SR, she led the Scouting Squad over the SSR Signal. Lore-wise, she’s no slouch in combat, though her personal story reveals she’s desperate to learn how to act 'normal'—a tall order for someone who speaks and dresses like a soldier.

Her transition into a phantom thief stems from the ARCANE ARCHIVE event. She was scouted by the Phantom Thieves while getting a tarot reading from Arcana, who predicted she would 'look around' and 'get swept up in a new incident.'
