GODDESS FALL

The first act of the 3rd-anniversary story event, GODDESS FALL, is now live. The Fourth Pioneer: 'Nayuta'

Let’s talk about the new Pilgrim, Nayuta. She made her debut in Main Story Chapter 39 and is playing a pivotal role in the anniversary event. Interestingly, she was hinted at as a 'monk' way back in the 1.5-anniversary event, LAST KINGDOM. With her staff, straw hat, and traditional robes, she’s clearly giving off Journey to the West vibes. Her name, Nayuta, refers to a number approaching infinity in Indian tradition.

Nayuta is a Burst II, Wind-code, Support-type Nikke equipped with an SMG. Historically, Burst II units in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE were often dismissed for their lackluster damage. However, Nayuta breaks the mold as a true 'dealer-supporter' who packs a punch while buffing the squad.

Her Skill 1, 'Hypocrisy,' is a complex passive with five stacked effects. It grants her 'Indomitable' once per battle, ensuring her HP doesn't drop below 1. When her 'Memory Absorption' buff triggers, it grants the entire team core damage, increased attack based on the caster's stats, and health distribution for 5 seconds. If she’s in a 'Memory Combustion' state during a full-charge attack, she deals damage to all enemies, with bonus damage against 'Targets'—that’s boss-level Raptures, for the uninitiated.

Skill 2, 'Impermanence,' grants her a 'Memory Absorption' stack every 3 seconds (up to 30 stacks). Each stack provides a slight accuracy boost; at level 10, that’s a 42% increase at max stacks. Depending on her stack count, she also gains sustained buffs: Attack power at 2 stacks, Attack damage at 10, and Core damage at 30.

Her Burst, 'Asceticism,' buffs the entire team's attack damage for 15 seconds and strikes all enemies. Afterward, she enters 'Memory Combustion' for 10 seconds, switching to a powerful full-charge attack with infinite ammo. Watching her giant spectral hand slam down on enemies is incredibly satisfying.

Nayuta boasts the highest damage output among Burst II units. She even outperforms some Burst III units, including Mana, and stands toe-to-toe with Asuka Langley.
