It has been a month defined by the lingering excitement following server transfers and mergers. As the flashy 'Return of the Blossoming Blade' collaboration begins to wind down, and with the long Chuseok holiday and the 'Bloodwind Zone' update now behind us, it is time to wrap up the October report. We have compiled the latest news, a breakdown of our 2,400-player class statistics chart, and a look at what is happening across the servers.

October's Servers and Clans

The server to watch this October is Yua-Dokjon. With the average combat power of its top-tier rankers surpassing 7.25 million, it has claimed the number one spot across all servers. While it trailed Gyeonggukjisaek by about 30,000 in the immediate aftermath of September's transfers, a month of consistent grinding has propelled Yua-Dokjon to the top. While the data might suggest a slight dip for Gyeonggukjisaek, the reality is that both servers have seen their average power climb; Yua-Dokjon just happens to have been that much more diligent.

The balance of power is a bit of a concern, though. In the Occupation Battles, the Murim Alliance holds four regions while the Hunt-Heaven Sect holds eight, showing a noticeable gap. However, the faction war scores are not as lopsided, with only a 150 million point difference between them. Given the high concentration of attack-focused rankers within the Murim Alliance, this could be a major wild card. Future battles will likely be decided by who makes the best use of the newly expanded progression systems and overall content participation.

Some servers are forming fascinating faction dynamics centered around their clans. The data above reflects the faction and clan metrics for 'Gun-Gye-Il-Hak'. Since the server transfers, the Hunt-Heaven Sect has managed a turnaround, making the outcomes here quite unpredictable. It is not an overwhelming lead, but considering the era when the Murim Alliance dominated, this is a miraculous shift. It seems the collaboration between the Hunt-Heaven Sect's primary clans, 'Cheongyeon', 'Dotori', and 'Mugeuk', is paying off.

However, the Murim Alliance clans 'Silencing' and 'Shinui-Dohwa' are no pushovers. While the Hunt-Heaven Sect has a slightly higher count of clans, the Murim Alliance maintains greater scale. With over 1,000 recorded clan wars, they possess a depth of history and combat know-how that is hard to ignore. As shown by the neck-and-neck faction war scores, the rivalry is fierce, making the next results for Gun-Gye-Il-Hak incredibly exciting to watch.

October Issue Check!

October has been packed with updates. First, the new 'Bloodwind Zone' is an integrated war region featuring seasonal growth and faction competition. Divided into 'Bloodwind Plain', 'Bloodwind Gully', and 'Bloodwind Plateau', players tackle different missions, with the Bloodwind Plateau offering the most lucrative rewards for server-wide competition. The key is the fierce battle for the boss that spawns when your faction fills its gauge through cooperation. Plus, there are faction-based buffs, giving the underdog a genuine chance to grab rewards.

Next, we have the addition of 'Mythic Relics', the next tier above Radiant Ancient relics. Like existing Mythic weapons and accessories, there are four types: 'Myeong-wol', 'Cheon-wol', 'Jin-wol', and 'Jucheon'. You can attempt an upgrade once your Radiant Ancient relic reaches +20. Success yields a Mythic grade relic up to +14, depending on the enhancement level of the material used. Just keep in mind that you will need the specific 'Mythic Relic Upgrade Blueprint' for your type and gear slot.

October Server Keywords & Class Focus

We have selected Gun-Gye-Il-Hak and Yua-Dokjon as our featured servers for October. The former is a great playground for mid-tier players, while the latter is a battlefield for the absolute elite. Both share a common trait: the Hunt-Heaven Sect currently holds the upper hand. However, with shifting alliances and the impact of Mythic Relics, that balance could tip at any moment.

The new boosting servers, 'Maehwa-Geomjon' and 'Hwasan-Shinryong', are currently locked in a growth race. Maehwa-Geomjon seems to have a slight edge, boasting more rankers who have reached Hongmoon level 72 and a higher ceiling for total combat power. It is amusing to see the difference in growth speed despite both servers opening on the same day, and the class preferences among their rankers are quite distinct as well. They are truly an interesting pair of sibling servers.

This month's class chart reflects the landscape after the 'Unlimited Free Class Change' event concluded. It holds more weight than usual, as it shows what players ultimately settled on after a month of experimentation. The winner is the 'Gyeoksa'. With an 8.9% point increase in popularity, it has taken the lead. Given that this growth rate is more than double that of last month, it was an easy choice for our October focus.

The other focus classes, 'Sasulsa' and 'Gungsa', are the Gyeoksa's primary rivals. Sasulsa sits in second place overall, and Gungsa remains the most popular choice among ranged classes after the Gyeoksa. It feels like only yesterday these rivals were fighting for the top, but now they are looking up at the Gyeoksa. Even with balance adjustments nerfing them, they remain the players' top pick.

If there is one server with peculiar data, it would be 'Jeongwang-Seokhwa'. It has the highest concentration of Gyeoksa and Gungsa players combined. It is clearly a hotspot for players who prefer ranged combat.

Current Status of Territory and Combat Power by Server

The October territory chart reflects the results from the regional occupation battles held on October 26. All 12 servers, including the new ones, participated. Speaking of the youngest siblings, Maehwa-Geomjon and Hwasan-Shinryong both ended in a draw, which is quite interesting. The factions fought to a 4:4 and 2:2 split respectively. While actual faction war results might differ, they seem perfectly matched in these occupation battles.

Some servers show mirror-image results, like 'Geumgang-Bulgoe', where the Murim Alliance dominates, and 'Dowon-Gyeolui', where the Hunt-Heaven Sect holds the reins, with scores of 10:2 and 2:10 respectively.

In terms of average combat power, Gun-Gye-Il-Hak and Yua-Dokjon have pushed past the 7.25 million mark, followed by Gyeonggukjisaek at 7.02 million. Dowon-Gyeolui holds third place with a roughly 300,000 point gap. Aside from 'Wipung-Dangdang', which barely hangs onto the 6 million mark, most other servers are hovering in the 5 million range. The youngest servers, Maehwa-Geomjon and Hwasan-Shinryong, are still in the growth phase, sitting below 2 million.
