The most notable shifts involve Amelia and Colt; the former saw an 11.3% point increase, while the latter dipped by 9.7% points, continuing the trend we observed last week.

There is one more peculiar development worth mentioning: Kyriel, who sits outside the top rankings at 16th place with a 2.7% pick rate. While that might seem underwhelming compared to Yeonhee at 15th, the fact that this 2.7% is concentrated entirely at the very top is telling. It is clearly a tactical pick designed to puncture those notoriously sturdy defensive decks. The elite are essentially using Kyriel as a scalpel to break the mirror-match stalemates.

Kyriel's kit in a Platon deck offers potent single-target damage while providing area-of-effect suppression against enemy defensive capabilities. Meanwhile, the developers have teased new pets alongside a new pet summoning pick-up system. The ability to secure a specific legendary pet seems to have frozen the meta in anticipation. For now, the Platon deck continues to rely on Lu and Pike, while the Kyle offensive deck sticks with Rin. The pet distribution sits roughly at a 6:3 ratio between Platon and Kyle decks. The Platon magic deck is a constant work in progress. This week, we have selected this specific composition as our 'Best Pick' due to its strategic evolution. The core remains Platon and Melcure, bolstered by two other magic-type heroes and a support unit—a structure that continues to dominate the rankings.

The newcomer here is Kyriel. As players face more high-stat defensive decks, those who have finished building Kyriel are finding success with this setup. Kyriel's ability to paralyze all enemies and set their block probability to zero is the key here. By suppressing the very survival mechanics that defensive decks rely on, she tilts the scales in her favor.

Furthermore, she boasts immunity to all damage, 'Divinity' status, barriers, and crowd control, making her incredibly durable in extended fights. Think of her as a Colt without the stealth. She fills the enemy disruption role while satisfying the magic-type hero requirement for Melcure’s mana backflow, adding much-needed flexibility. It seems she is well on her way to becoming the cornerstone of the Platon magic deck, effectively sidelining Silvester.

3rd place in the final round: 'FLAYY'

The final round of Total War has concluded. Looking at the leaderboard before the final tally, the elite were clustered around the 16,000-point mark. We took a closer look at the 25-hero setup of 'FLAYY', which stood out from the pack. Their lineup follows this order: Platon magic deck, Jave defensive deck, Teo instant-death deck, Yeonhee magic deck, and Kyle offensive deck.

While the 5-team meta has largely solidified, the 3rd and 4th teams are quite intriguing. The 3rd team looks like a standard instant-death build at first glance, but the inclusion of Eileene and Teo is the wild card. We suspect they are leveraging Eileene's status effect prowess alongside the passive universal hero synergy with Rosie. Using Kree as a pet to complement the instant-death mechanics and Nya/Eileene’s shock effects seems like a clever play, likely pairing Teo with a legendary ring that grants an instant-death effect.

The 4th team, headlined by Yeonhee, is a rarity in the current meta. By slotting in Kyriel, the player is clearly betting on a longer, more drawn-out engagement. The combination of Silvester's lifesteal and Kyriel's immense survival stats allows the team to weather the storm, letting Yeonhee act as the primary damage dealer while Yusin and Vanessa chip in with additional status effects.

Seven Knights Re:BIRTH User Poll

In our previous poll, we asked what players bought first from the 'Children Who Chase the Stars' event shop. While we expected a landslide, the results were surprisingly neck-and-neck. 45% of adventurers opted for the 'Pick-up Hero Summon Ticket', closely followed by 39.6% who chose the 'Legendary Hero Summon Ticket I'. It seems the draw of the Kyriel pick-up was just a bit too strong. Rounding out the top three, 15.4% of players prioritized the 'Key Box', the most versatile item in SKRB.

SKRB is already hitting its 0.5-anniversary mark. The latest Developer Note teased a slew of events, generous rewards, and new content.
