The Honor Coin shop offers 6 Private's, 4 Corporal's, and 2 Officer's Equipment Boxes at similar costs.

Here is the kicker: the Faction Coin shop operates on a per-character basis. This means your alts can do the heavy lifting! Keep those alts running their weekly faction quests to reach the rank of Elite Officer or higher, collect the Faction Coins, and empty out those shops every week.
