Guardron, oh Guardron, hand over that Heroic Heavenstone

Rungard remains the endgame playground for Raven 2 players. When it first launched, we only had Bellamonica, the 4-star Lady of Desire, to keep us busy, but the developers promised more. Well, on November 12, they finally delivered: 'Guardron, King of Beasts' has entered the fray. It is another 4-star boss, lurking in the southern reaches of the map.

The real prize here is the 'Roar of Guardron,' a newly added Heroic Heavenstone. When equipped, it grants your party resistance to area-of-effect damage and critical hit damage. If you have already bestowed the Soul of the Colossus, it adds a nifty reduction in HP recovery intervals and an HP recovery boost. It is a solid support piece for keeping your party alive.

On the crafting front, we have some new recipes. You can now forge high-end Heroic footwear: 'Boots of Oblivion - Boots of Agony - Boots of Aurora.' These come with six slots, but the real talk is about the fifth and sixth stats. Depending on the gear, you get reductions for melee, ranged, or magic damage, plus a mix of 'HP Recovery - Block Penetration - Debuff Duration Reduction.' Choose your stats wisely. The loot includes a total of 400 Essence of Imprinting and 40 Superior Essence of Imprinting. The grand prize is five Essence of Fortune. Since you can craft higher-tier versions from these, they offer a bit of flexibility in how you use them.
