It is time for the 'Vampir' Meca Ranking. In this week's charts for the most popular classes per server, the fierce rivalry between long-standing foes, Bloodstain and Carnage, has hit a fever pitch. Every server's number one spot is currently held by one of these two. Up until last week, Grim Reaper had been holding the fort in Poame 3, but Bloodstain managed to snatch a 7% point increase, successfully overtaking the lead. Meanwhile, Carnage, previously third on the same server, has been nudged down to fourth by Viper.

In total, 10 servers have seen a change in their top-ranked class, including Poame. For 'Olga 1 - Oscar 1 - Poame 1 - Kizaia 3', Carnage has shoved Bloodstain aside to claim the throne. Conversely, 'Moarte 3 - Nell 2 - Mila 1 - Kaf 2 - Duncan 2' saw Carnage lose its crown to Bloodstain. To sum it up, Bloodstain reigns supreme on 27 servers, while Carnage holds the top spot on 21. It is a win for Bloodstain this week, clearly.

The race for third place is also heating up, albeit slowly. In Kizaia 2, Grim Reaper pushed Viper aside, and Nell 3 saw the existing 4th-place Carnage and Viper swap positions. The most dynamic shifts, however, occurred in the Oscar server. In the 1st server, the former 2nd-place Carnage and 3rd-place Viper combined for a 28% slice of the pie, effectively becoming co-leaders. Bloodstain dropped 4% points, sliding down to third. Interestingly, Viper's gain was exactly 4% points, looking very much like a calculated heist.

Furthermore, in Oscar 3, Grim Reaper's share dipped by 4% points. The result? A fascinatingly precise split: 'Carnage 40% - Bloodstain 20% - Viper 20% - Grim Reaper 20%'. It is quite rare to see such clean, ruler-straight figures.

Overall class share analysis

The fluctuations in overall class share have calmed down compared to last week. The pattern remains the same: one class absorbs Carnage's share while the other two remain stagnant. This time, Viper managed to pick up 0.5% points. It sits just 1% point behind the slightly higher-ranked Grim Reaper. The two have been maintaining a peculiar distance, constantly closing in and pulling away from each other. One does wonder if the arrival of the class change ticket will be enough to flip the script.

I suspect you might be thinking, 'They released a class change ticket, but nothing much has changed?' Well, that seems down to the timing. Our Meca Ranking data was collected right after the update, just as the ticket hit the shelves. Since the window for changing classes stays open until 4:59 AM on December 10, we might see some meaningful shifts in next week's metrics. Let us wait patiently for another week.

All-server Clan Ranking

The upper echelons of the clan rankings are far more volatile. In the Top 5, LineDeulUiLine and Ridelv really catch the eye. LineDeulUiLine had been holding the throne steady but slipped last week, allowing Sashin to overtake them. However, they have clawed their way back to the top this time. Also, the clan leader has changed, which begs the question of what exactly has been happening behind the scenes over the last fortnight. Ridelv, previously 6th, has jumped all the way to 4th in just one week.

Further down, Ghost and HOUND have made some impressive leaps. Ghost climbed from 14th to 7th, while HOUND moved from 20th to 16th. While this is partly due to a surge in cumulative experience, it is also influenced by a general dip in weekly totals across the board. If you want to maintain your rank, your first order of business should be plugging those leaks.

Vampir Meca Ranking User Poll

Last week's poll focused on which class players wanted to see rebalanced in Vampir. The question was prompted by the December 3 update, and we saw a great deal of participation. Carnage and Viper tied for first place—the demand for a buff to ranged classes was loud and clear. It reminds me of the first live broadcast, where it was mentioned that Carnage made up a significant portion of the total player base. Far behind them, melee classes took 3rd and 4th. Perhaps because Bloodstain is already known as a powerhouse, it received very few votes.

With the announcement of this week's poll, I shall wrap up the Meca Ranking. According to the monthly content schedule on the official Vampir community, server transfers begin on December 15.
