Clang! Clang! Clang! Massive construction in Gehenna

The heart of this week's Vampir update is the extensive renovation of Gehenna. If you are level 84 or higher, you are likely the target audience here, as we have unveiled the new Gehenna Zone 3. This area spans from level 100 to 122, divided into eight distinct sections. Keep your wits about you in hunting grounds level 110 and above, where 'Nightmare' title monsters prowl. We also have two new 2-star bosses: the level 110 'Iron Barzeline' and the level 120 'Steel Rapha'.

Do not skip over the new gear and collections, either. Gehenna's 3rd floor is dropping four types of common weapons and armor, plus four types of high-grade weapons and eight types of high-grade armor. On top of that, 58 new field collection entries have been added, covering a total of 9 items.

The existing 1st and 2nd floors of Gehenna have received a facelift. Specifically, the HP of 1st floor lower-level mobs and 2nd floor 2-star bosses has been trimmed down to make them a bit more manageable. The entry points for the 1st floor (upper and lower) have been dispersed into three separate zones rather than the centre. The layout has been tweaked so that the deeper you venture into the centre, the higher the monster level. As for the 2nd floor, hunting zones for levels 100, 105, and 110 have been removed.

Additionally, the weekly Gehenna points cap has been bumped up to 320,000. Instant revival costs have been slashed to 36 Diamonds, though there is a catch: your HP and MP recovery upon revival is now capped at 30%. The Gehenna point shop has also seen changes; the Trinity Pouch is now limited to 20 purchases per server per week, and new items tailored for those at level 84 or higher have been added.

We have seen expansions across portraits, magic research, and artifacts. A new portrait, 'Avenger Morvain', and an artifact, 'Philipos's Seal', have been added—the latter unlocking at level 100. Magic research for 'Gehenna's Magic' has also hit its final stage. Looking at the stat configuration for Avenger Morvain and Gehenna's magic, it is clear that Vampir is leaning heavily into bolstering PVP stats.

Currently sporting Rare-grade gear, they are looking to upgrade to Hero-grade and asked whether to prioritise the helmet, armor, gloves, or boots. A helpful user, 'Tangled Inna', suggested the gloves, presumably to lock in that hit rate and attack speed to ensure a solid DPS floor. You can never have enough hit rate, after all!

Merry Christmas, Vampir players!

On December 17, Vampir kicked off its Christmas season. We have a new event dungeon, 'Christmas Eve', alongside fresh events and special cosmetics. The dungeon is open until 4:59 AM on December 31, granting you 10 minutes of daily play time. Slaying monsters here earns you 'Night Christmas Essence' and a random box, 'Night Rudolph's Gift'. You can exchange these currencies in the in-game shop for goodies like 'Rare~Hero Sephira Summon Choice Chest', 'Mount/Appearance 11x Summon Ticket IV', and 'Trinity Pouch'.

The 'Christmas Eve' farming is tied to the 'Blessing Bringer Claus Mission' and 'Christmas Coin Mission' events. Both consist of six challenges; the former requires slaying 3,500 dungeon monsters, while the latter asks you to spend 1,000 Christmas coins. The rewards include exclusive event portraits and special cosmetics.
