To summarise the early season trends, the melee crowd—Berserker and Vanguard—are the clear beneficiaries. They’ve grabbed a larger slice of the pie in both the Korean and Global regions, closing the gap with the top-tier classes. You can even spot them muscling into the Top 3 in server-specific rankings, overtaking the likes of Gunslinger, Destroyer, and Elementalist in places like Nox and Mare.

Deathbringer and Destroyer are also making their presence felt in the server-specific popularity wars. It’s becoming a common sight to see Deathbringer clashing with the melee contingent, while Destroyer has a habit of popping up out of nowhere—taking 3rd place in Lux-Dolor and Kerum-Metus, and even snatching 2nd in Kerum-Fides following a dip in Night Ranger’s popularity.

Overall Class Analysis

In the overall class distribution, Gunslinger remains firmly entrenched, with only minor fluctuations in its lead. This week, however, the melee classes took the spoils; Berserker climbed 0.3 percentage points to 4th, and Vanguard added 0.2 percentage points to reach 7th. Assassin stayed put, which isn't a bad result at all. This leaves Berserker just 0.4 percentage points shy of 3rd place Deathbringer—one wonders if a takeover is on the cards.

Global Class Analysis

In the Global region, the action is concentrated in the Top 5. Divine Caster seems to be devouring the share previously held by 2nd through 5th place. Assassin and Deathbringer took the biggest hit, each dropping 0.3 percentage points. Berserker reaped the rewards here; while the 0.2 percentage point gain is modest, the gap to Deathbringer has tightened to 0.5 percentage points. It will be interesting to see if Berserker can break into the elite bracket in the Global region as well.

Guild Dungeon Ranking Records

The Guild Dungeon rankings saw a post-reset dip to 138 guilds, but things have livened up significantly over the past week. We’re now up to 300 ranked guilds, with 16 having successfully hit Stage 5. The competition for the fastest clear times is fierce, with guilds like RoyalDanaeKkeo and Veteran Club shaving precious seconds off their runs.

Particularly eye-catching are 'AnimalCrossing' and 'ChokChok'. The former improved their Stage 5 time from 12 minutes 11 seconds to 11 minutes 7 seconds. Meanwhile, guilds like 'ChokChok' and 'ROYALSea' rocketed into the Top 7 from outside the Top 20 without so much as a warning. Some guilds saw their rankings slip simply for failing to improve their times.
