Last week's chart-topper, the 'StrawberryPlay·LupinOl' team, shaved off another 0.264 seconds to hit 13.391 seconds. It looked like they had the week in the bag, but the Force Master team chasing them had other ideas. The lightning-quick 'Nevada·Cheongyang Chili Pepper' duo managed a stunning comeback, clocking in at 13.021 seconds—a massive 0.37-second lead over last week's winners.

Both competing teams rely on the Force Master as their foundation. However, since 'StrawberryPlay' is running a Gunslinger, the strategy hinges on the synergy between the two distinct classes. Their strategy seemed unbeatable until this week, but the Force Master duo proved to be the more cohesive unit. As we wrap up the December tallies, it will be fascinating to see if they stick with their current setups or pivot for the new season.

The Gunslinger craze remains at an all-time high despite the performance dip

The Gunslinger’s popularity just refuses to wane. Since crossing the 20% mark, it has maintained its form with only one exception: the launch of the Blade Dancer. Back then, the Gunslinger was eyeing a 25% share, but the new class arrival forced a downward trend. Having weathered the storm, it remains firmly perched on the throne.

I previously noted that it’s becoming rare to spot Warlock and Blade Dancer mains among the top-tier rankers, and the Gunslinger is following a similar path. Only two Gunslingers made the Top 20 this week: 'StrawberryPlay' and 'AntMan', who barely scraped into 20th place. Early in the month, after the monthly reset, you see plenty of Gunslingers in the 30-40 second range, but many seem content to just grab the ranking rewards and call it a day. Like the Blade Dancer, the Gunslinger has a solid baseline performance, which is why so many players stick with it, effectively cementing its #1 spot on the class popularity chart.

The 'Blade Master' holds onto the chart by a thread with the slowest aggregate time

As we approach the final 2025 Blade & Soul Revolution dungeon race before the reset, we are looking at over 600 participants. With 589 names on the list, that is an increase of 62 from last week. For two consecutive weeks, we have seen a full roster of classes, finally bringing some stability to the charts. It is a bit worrying that only one Warrior managed to break the 1:30 mark, but thankfully, the developers recently dropped a note regarding upcoming class balance adjustments. I am looking forward to seeing how the meta shifts after the update.

Beyond the Warrior, another class is looking a bit shaky: the Blade Master. While other classes keep their Top 3 aggregate times well under 3 minutes, the Blade Master is the only one exceeding 4 minutes. The #1 Blade Master, 'Man', clocked in at 1 minute 18.576 seconds—barely making the cut—and the following players were all in the 1 minute 21-second range, resulting in a total of 4 minutes 1.614 seconds. It is the longest time among all 24 classes. Here is hoping they find their footing and we see no drop-offs in the next chart.
