Qookka Games announced on the 23rd that its mobile strategy simulation game, Romance of the Three Kingdoms Strategy Edition, is launching the annual 'Battle of Mount Dingjun' scenario and a massive 200 million won prize competition. This event was organized to reward the loyal support of players over the past five years of stable operation.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms Strategy Edition has secured a solid user base through five years of stable service. Having previously held a 100 million won prize event, the company plans to double the reward to 200 million won this time, reaffirming its position as a long-running hit game. This is a monumental event held ahead of the game's 5th anniversary.

The first part of the event, the annual 'Battle of Mount Dingjun' scenario, will be released on Korean servers on January 24th. This scenario focuses on three-dimensional battlefield design utilizing high-ground terrain, as well as the operation of unit matching and military strategies. Large-scale rewards will be distributed based on the final results after the season ends.

The second phase will be held sequentially in major Asian regions, including Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Rewards, including 5th-anniversary limited-edition merchandise sets, will be distributed based on the season results in these regional servers as well. Qookka Games plans to increase global user interest and participation by releasing additional linked events in stages.
