Raven 2 has kicked off its server transfer period, running until 23:59 on January 27. The shift has sent ripples through the Meca Ranking data. The Night Ranger has stumbled a bit, while the Berserker and Deathbringer have sparked a fierce rivalry. This is particularly evident in the server-specific popularity charts. Take the Lux world as a prime example: while the Berserker and Deathbringer split the third-place spot last week, the Berserker has now claimed sole dominance on one of the servers.

Other melee classes like the Assassin and Vanguard are also enjoying a fair wind. They are increasingly elbowing out established classes to secure second and third places. In the Kerum world, the Assassin climbed to third on Mors, while the Vanguard took the third spot on Salus. Honour saw the Assassin hold onto second place. As the former third-place stalwarts, Gunslinger and Deathbringer, dropped out of the top three, the melee classes have expanded their territory. Furthermore, on Dolor, the Destroyer has flipped positions with the Night Ranger to settle comfortably in second.

Beyond Kerum and Dolor, the Night Ranger’s rankings have slipped in Terra-Salus, Mare-Dolor, and Sola-Metus. The class dropped to second on Mare-Dolor and third on the others. Additionally, the Gunslinger—the latest class added to Raven 2—is seeing its slice of the pie shrink, now remaining in only two spots on the server-specific popularity charts. It keeps posting losses, but is struggling to find any meaningful gains.

Overall Class Analysis

The overall distribution chart for Raven 2 tells a slightly different story. The Night Ranger shed 1 percentage point, while the competitive Deathbringer and Berserker saw negligible changes. Essentially, the core shares remain stable while players shuffle internally; it is a common sight. More surprising, however, is the Elementalist. It has languished in ninth place for an age with barely any movement in its share. While I haven't mentioned it yet, it actually managed to leapfrog the Gunslinger in some server charts to hit the top three. Still, the numbers aren't quite enough to climb the rankings just yet. It needs to start rolling that snowball a bit faster.

Global Class Analysis

In the Global region of Raven 2, the Night Ranger has taken another hit, losing 0.6 percentage points. Moreover, the shares of the top three classes have drifted toward the middle tier. The standout performers here are the Deathbringer and Vanguard. The Deathbringer gained 0.5 percentage points, effectively absorbing much of the Night Ranger's losses. As for the Vanguard, it was stuck in ninth, but an uptick in user numbers compared to the Destroyer has allowed it to finally escape the bottom spot.

Guild Dungeon Ranking Records

The charts we have looked at so far have been heavily influenced by the Raven 2 server transfers, and the Guild Dungeon rankings have not been spared. While the number of ranked guilds has risen to 380, the number of those reaching stage 5 has actually decreased. This is likely due to the many guilds changing their names or moving addresses during the transfer period. The former second-place guild, Mythic Red, which has fallen out of the top 20, is a perfect case in point. It would be wise to treat this chart as a reference and wait for next week’s results once the dust from the transfers has settled.

We conclude the Raven 2 Meca Ranking with our user poll. Last week’s topic was what players believe the game currently needs most. Three options drew the most votes. The winner was personal trading between users. As the server transfer season approaches, the community forums are flooded with players looking for trade partners; a dedicated in-game feature might finally save them the trouble. Following that, second place went to new content, while the third spot went to lowering the entry barrier for Hero and Legendary items.
