The battle for 'Vampir' has shifted into a new gear. We’ve now seen the general server groups split into Diamond, Platinum, and Gold tiers based on their recent track records. The fourth week of January served as our first real-world stress test for this new system. The results were, frankly, fascinating—we saw some worlds securing a clean sweep of three victories, while several veteran clans that had gone quiet suddenly roared back to life. The real talking point, however, is Diamond Group 5, where a clan with fewer points managed to stonewall a team that had been riding an undefeated streak.

General Server Conquest Results

Diamond Group: Fair Trade Commission puts the brakes on Line-deul-ui Line's winning streak

Starting with the general server Diamond group: the undefeated Abigail, Kkabuneun Family, Line-deul-ui Line, and Cheongyeok were all in the mix, though fate—or perhaps matchmaking algorithms—kept them from bumping into each other directly. Abigail, Kkabuneun Family, and Cheongyeok secured their wins as expected. But the real drama unfolded in Diamond Group 5. Olga 2's Fair Trade Commission pulled off a victory that effectively halted the relentless march of Line-deul-ui Line. This brings their total head-to-head records to six wins for Fair Trade Commission and eight for Line-deul-ui Line.

We can't ignore the Group 1 victors, Strange People, and Group 3's Goryeo. The former started racking up points as soon as regular match-making kicked off, now boasting six total wins. As for Goryeo, they claimed their first conquest victory back on December 28. They were representing Dollingen 1 then, but after shifting to Server 2 for the following match, they’ve now notched two more, marking a solid three-game winning streak.

Furthermore, it appears the Diamond groups 1, 2, 4, and 6 have been busy forming alliances to breeze through the preliminaries. We saw Strange People and Headless People in Group 1, Abigail and Abigail II in Group 2, and Black Knights and Dark Knights pairing up in Group 6. Even Group 3’s Dollingen 3 featured a full house with 'Kkabuneun Family - Kkabuneun Folks - Kkabuneun Kin.' It’s a classic strategy: trim the competition and lower the burden of the preliminary rounds as much as possible.

Gold Group sees Combat Nation, HOUND, and CommanderZ back on the scoreboard

There was no Platinum group in the previous server match-up, leaving us in an 'all or nothing' situation. Thankfully, the Vampir live stream on January 26 introduced a middle tier—the Platinum group—which has added some much-needed structural integrity. Essentially, the winners from this chart are being promoted to Platinum, while those who stumbled in the Diamond group are being sent down to find their footing.

The standout performances came from Group 1's Combat Nation, Group 4's HOUND, and Group 10's CommanderZ. These are veteran clans that had hit a bit of a dry spell. Combat Nation had been quiet for three matches, while HOUND and CommanderZ had been stuck for two. Interestingly, Combat Nation and Fair Trade Commission used to trade the crown back and forth on Olga 3. But after the first server transfer, Fair Trade Commission bolted to the neighboring Olga 2. It’s almost as if they won and ran for the hills.

HOUND started on Duncan 1, a later-addition server, and they’ve stayed there since. They were undefeated when matching within the Duncan cluster, but their momentum dipped once they started facing the original servers—a predictably uphill battle. They were slotted into the Gold group, managed to break their slump, and are now set to compete in Platinum Group 3 for the next round.

CommanderZ, a long-time resident of Kaf 1, is in a similar boat to HOUND, though they’re trailing by one win. Back when HOUND secured their first win, Kildeath had a three-game streak, but CommanderZ took the baton from the second match of that season. Their winning tallies stalled at the same time. It’s a bizarre coincidence that both clans are waving their victory flags again in the same cycle. We’ll see if this marks the beginning of a new trophy-collecting spree.

Streamer Server Conquest Results

Currently, there are no undefeated clans in the Vampir streamer group, thanks to the devs tweaking the match-making rules ahead of the general group. With the heavy hitters clashing, it’s proving to be a tight race. Mythology and SpartaA are currently leading with seven wins each. Mythology faced off against Seoul Special City in Diamond Group 2, a match that unfortunately ended Seoul Special City's hopes for a three-game streak.

SpartaA faced off against Reaper in Platinum Group 1. With SpartaB and SpartaH also in the mix, the pressure to reach the finals was significantly lightened. They currently hold a two-point lead over Reaper.

In Diamond Group 1, we saw Blood Clan square off against Mayfly. Both clans rose to prominence during the server transfer period, and whoever won this match was set to claim a three-game winning streak. Ultimately, it was Ridel 2’s Blood Clan that kept the train moving. They’re now slated to move up to the Diamond group for the next conquest to challenge Mythology.
