You have two transfer chances per account, costing 2,000 Diamonds for individual or clan moves. The first window is February 9–10, followed by the second on February 11–12.

A few things to note: you must be at least level 64, and some servers may be locked due to population caps. Clan transfers must be initiated by the 'Clan Master'.
