NEXUS is taking steps to expand and manage its capital to better navigate market volatility.

On the 11th, NEXUS announced that it has secured 13.3 billion KRW in funding to strengthen its Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy. This funding consists of approximately 11.3 billion KRW from a paid-in capital increase and 2 billion KRW from convertible bonds, totaling 13.3 billion KRW.

NEXUS plans to use the funds to capture the long-term growth potential of Bitcoin (BTC) while holding fixed-value assets such as stablecoins. Through this, the company aims to reinforce its DAT strategy to respond flexibly to market volatility.

The entire 11.3 billion KRW secured through the paid-in capital increase will be invested in acquiring major virtual assets, including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and CROSS ($CROSS). The 2 billion KRW raised through convertible bonds will be used entirely for operational expenses.

Jang Hyun-guk, CEO of NEXUS, stated, "Our Digital Asset Treasury strategy and the expansion of corporate assets will continue to be pursued." CEO Jang added, "Based on this, we will more actively pursue new businesses beyond gaming and blockchain, such as our AI-based Agentverse."
