The 'Vampir' Meca Ranking is back. We had a break for the Lunar New Year last week, so let’s see how the job popularity and distribution have shifted over the last two weeks. First off, looking at the cross-server TOP 3, Carnage is certainly on the ascent, climbing the ranks across a total of 11 servers.

The real talking points here are the 'Shima 2 - Lillith 1' and 'Carp 1 - Ridel 2' scenarios. The former jumped from 4th to 2nd, and even hit 1st place. Lillith 1, however, is a bit of a letdown. Carnage, Bloodstain, and Grim Reaper are currently tied at 28%. It’s a bit crowded on the throne, isn't it? As for the latter, while it saw a significant 12% point shift, it couldn't quite snatch the top spot because Bloodstain is simply hogging too much of the market share.

On February 25th, Vampir dropped some exciting news. During a developer live stream, they unveiled the skill concepts and a teaser for the first new class, 'Akasha'. Akasha is a tracker that excels at ambushing foes or lurking behind them. It also boasts an 'immortality' skill that prevents health from dropping below a certain threshold for a set time, which pairs nicely with its ability to cleanse debuffs and boost damage based on missing health. Akasha is set to launch on March 11th. It’s a melee dealer, much like Bloodstain and Grim Reaper. That brings the melee roster to three, so it’ll be fascinating to see how the competitive landscape shifts. The big question is: can Akasha actually go toe-to-toe with Bloodstain? Vampir also teased that class and appearance change tickets will launch alongside Akasha, which should stir up quite a bit of change in the Meca Ranking.

Overall Class Distribution

The surge in Carnage isn't just a server-specific fluke; it’s reflected in the overall class distribution chart, too. While every other class saw its share dip by 0.3% to 0.7% points, Carnage surged by 1.3% points. A significant gain. However, it hasn't managed to topple Viper, which had built a solid foundation beforehand. The gap between the two is a mere 0.2% points—Carnage just needs a little more growth to make the leap.

Cross-Server Clan Ranking

Given the one-week gap in our Meca Ranking, there’s been a significant shake-up in the clan standings. At the very top, SpartaA and Grim Reaper have flipped positions. According to the data recently compiled by Vampir KookminTree regarding total accumulated experience over the past six months, SpartaA holds 1st place while Grim Reaper sits at 2nd. They are continuing this rivalry in the Meca Ranking as well.

Below 4th place, the volatility is quite high. We’ve seen massive climbs from 'Kkabuneun Family' which rose seven spots, and 'Cheongyeok' which moved up three. Of course, where there are winners, there are losers; 'Black Knights' dropped three spots, while 'Myth' plummeted by seven.

Honestly, looking back at the last Vampir Meca Ranking poll, it’s a bit of a shame. Who knew the timing of the poll and the Akasha reveal would clash like that? We could’ve had much more detailed options. Regardless, let’s look at the results. Before the reveal, players were most hyped for speed and mobility—people really seem to crave that fast-paced gameplay.
