The third week of February brought a fascinating mix of lopsided clan matchups, maiden server victories, and fresh winning streaks. A quick note for the pedants among you: the official community notices for match pairings and the winner announcements don't quite align. For instance, the general server Diamond league supposedly had four groups in the pairing guide, but only three in the winner's chart. I have prioritised the winner's data for this report, so do keep that in mind.

General Server Scramble Results

Let’s start with the Diamond league in 'Vampir'. The Group 1 clash between 'Fair Trade Commission' and 'Strange People' was particularly spicy. Both entered the fray with seven wins apiece, making this an eight-win decider. Ultimately, 'Strange People' emerged victorious, carving their name deeper into the record books.

Group 2 saw a clash of eras: 'Draken', fresh off two wins, faced the 'Combat People', who have been racking up experience since the very first Scramble. It was a classic veteran versus upstart dynamic, and the 'Combat People' proved that experience is a hard beast to overcome. Meanwhile, in Diamond Group 3, 'Abigail' continues to enjoy a pristine, undefeated run.

The Platinum 2 and 3 groups also yielded some notable outcomes. 'Ghost' from Kizaya 2 and 'Athena' from Poame 2 both secured wins, bringing them to two consecutive victories. It is highly likely they will be promoted to the Diamond league next time. Though, the context differs: 'Ghost' already has three past wins to their name, totaling five, while for 'Athena', this is just their second. It will be interesting to see if 'Athena' can join the ranks of the multi-title clans.

The Platinum leagues are where things get chaotic, as they host a wide spectrum of clans—from multi-win veterans to those chasing their first or second victory. This holds true for the entirety of the Platinum 4 through 9 brackets.The contrast between groups 4 and 5 is particularly striking.

In Group 4, 'Sparky' of Duncan 3 claimed victory. Duncan servers had been trapped in a local loop for ages, with 'HOUND' from server 1 monopolising the trophies. Things went quiet after the server transfer, but since January 25th, the winning streak has returned. On February 8th, Duncan 2 and 3 finally broke through. For 'Sparky', this two-game win streak feels like a long-repressed power finally being unleashed.

Group 5 featured veteran clans 'Execution' and 'Package Hero' from the Razbi 2 and 3 servers. Their histories, however, are worlds apart. 'Package Hero' built their streak during the early days of 'Vampir', while 'Execution' has been steadily adding to their tally since the first server migration. That they both secured a single win last time and ended up matched together here is a rather poetic irony.

The Gold league is a melting pot of serial winners and first-timers. The former includes Group 1's 'Pioneer' and 'CommanderZ' from Lillith 3. 'Pioneer' is now on a two-game streak and looks Diamond-bound. 'CommanderZ's situation is a bit more, shall we say, complex. They actually earned their promotion opportunities while at Kaph 1, only to jump ship to Lillith 3. I suspect the folks at Mila 2 are still wondering, 'Why are they even here?'

As for the first-timers, groups 4 and 6 take the spotlight. 'We' from Razbi 1 and 'Death' from Shima 3 hoisted the banner of victory, marking their server's very first Scramble wins. I wish them continued success in the next 'Vampir' Scramble. Also, 'Eyebrow Moon' in Group 6 catches the eye—the name matches a clan that secured two wins on the now-defunct Enoch server. Did they migrate from Enoch to try their luck here?

Streamer Server Scramble Results

Finally, the results from the 'Vampir' streamer server group. In the Diamond league, six-win 'Reaper' faced eight-win 'Sparta A'. With 'Reaper' chasing a two-game streak and 'Sparta A' eyeing a third, the stakes were high. As the chart shows, 'Reaper' took the win. This is massive for them, as it marks the end of a stagnant period since December 14th. I am keen to see where their trajectory leads from here.

Gold Group 1 saw a clash between veteran clan 'Seoul Special City' and the up-and-coming 'Bite'. 'Bite' grabbed their first win on January 25th but stumbled in the following match, while 'Seoul Special City' pushed their total to five. On paper, it seemed a foregone conclusion. But 'Bite' snatched the victory—and honestly, these unpredictable upsets are exactly why we watch these 'Vampir' Scrambles.
