With only six worlds remaining, we won't be seeing any more cross-matches between three worlds. Furthermore, server transfers kicked off on March 5th at midnight, making the upcoming bracket a complete enigma. Our data for this week was collected on March 4th, just before the migration madness began, so let’s dive into the guilds expected to make a splash in this new environment.

Analysis of the 41st Ancient Citadel Expected Participating Guilds

Groups 1 and 2: The scales tip toward the Kerum World

To start, Groups 1 and 2 are the playground for the Lux and Kerum worlds. It is clear that the balance of power has shifted heavily toward Kerum. There are two reasons for this: first, Kerum simply hosts more Raven 2 powerhouse guilds, and second, looking back at the previous Ancient Citadel brackets. During the 40th iteration, likely due to the Lunar New Year holiday, participation from the Lux world was noticeably lacklustre. With server transfers now in the mix, things have become incredibly complicated.

On the flip side, the Kerum world is packed with formidable alliances and guilds, including Kingz and Jizon from the Gonggam alliance, Valentine from the Uri Alliance 3, and RoyalX and RoyalT from the Sasilna alliance. Consequently, Groups 1 and 2 look less like a clash between Lux and Kerum and more like an internal brawl between Kerum’s own alliances. Do note that Gonggam and Sasilna share the same guild icon, which suggests a potential alliance. Keep a sharp eye on which guilds reside in which Kerum servers when placing your bids.

Nox-Ma Matchup: Anticipation builds for RoyalDanaeKkeo vs. NoPpakku

Our Raven 2 Ancient Citadel ranking alternates weekly between predicting the bracket and dissecting the results. The latter includes a tally of total victories and a ranking table. In the 40th round, we saw a familiar face make a welcome return. NoPpakku finally broke its long silence and added to its victory points. While it was a victory in the Field of Vegetation, the return of such a well-known guild cannot be ignored. For context, NoPpakku is currently operating under the NoShow alliance in Mare-Mors. It is highly likely they will participate alongside NoPpakku2 in the 41st Ancient Citadel.

In the Nox world, RoyalDanaeKkeo, the reigning champion of the Raven 2 Ancient Citadel, continues to project an air of dominance. With a record of '17 / 0 / 0 / 0', they are the type to hoard victory points exclusively in the Field of Genesis, and we expect them to bid for the same spot in the 41st round.

The real variable here is the web of alliances and rivalries. There are simply too many guilds sporting the 'Royal' prefix across both worlds. For instance, the RoyalDanaeKkeo guild was previously seen in the Seulgiroun alliance of Mare-Fides. I, for one, am eager to see how the bidding results and the final bracket shake out.

Vita and Sola: Signs of a tight contest

The field of potential entrants for groups 5 and 6 is equally stacked. We are seeing familiar names from previous brackets popping up everywhere. The heart of the Vita world is the TOP alliance, which boasts a massive roster: 'RedLight', 'BlueLight', 'Abdo', 'Abdo1', 'Abdo2', and 'Alpha' are all members. When you add their suspected sub-guilds, TOP1 and Top2, plus the Susanghan alliance, the scale of this force is quite intimidating.

The real point of interest is the group formation. Most TOP alliance guilds are active in the Fides, Mors, and Dolor servers—all of which have been bundled into Group 5 this time around. If the bidding goes their way, we might just witness an all-out war.

Over in the Sola world, the focus is on the Shinhwa alliance, which includes ShinhwaRed and DongmuluiSoop. ShinhwaRed has been piling up victory points in the Field of Genesis, currently sitting at 4th place in the overall rankings and knocking on the door of the top 3. Meanwhile, DongmuluiSoop has been operating in the Field of Elements with 9 victories to their name. It is highly probable they will stick to the same field for the next match.

PVP Ranking Status

The PVP rankings in Raven 2 show significant gaps in performance. 'MichinGorapaduck' from Sola-Metus is the only player to surpass 100 kills, boasting a record of 132 kills and 1 death. It feels like it is time for them to evolve into a Golduck. They are a member of the MichinPokemon guild and are currently unaffiliated with any alliance. The real story, however, is the other PVP rankers on the same server. While players from the Naeclover and Toesilsigan11si alliances made the board, they simply couldn't touch the records set by MichinGorapaduck, who has been rampaging in a league of their own.
