Neowiz announced on the 13th that it has released a massive spring-themed update for Cats & Soup. Centered around the theme of 'A Beautiful Flower Path in the Kingdom,' the update aims to provide a fresh visual experience for users with a bright spring atmosphere, alongside system improvements and new content based on player feedback.

The update introduces a new cat character and new cooking and rest facilities. Until the 9th, players can encounter the limited-edition 'Lilac Tabby,' which fits the 'A Beautiful Flower Path' concept, via the in-game Observatory and Kitty Travel. Additionally, the 'Violet Trimming' cooking facility and the 'Coffee Time' rest facility, where cats can relax with a cup of coffee, have been added to bring more life to the forest.

System improvements aimed at enhancing user convenience have also been implemented. The existing 'Costume Storage' has been completely revamped into the 'Fitting Room.' In the Fitting Room, users can preview all their owned outfits on their cats and customize them freely, significantly improving the convenience of wardrobe management.

Special seasonal benefits are also available. Special rewards commemorating St. Patrick's Day on the 17th and a returning player event for those who have not logged in for over 30 days will be available. Various other content has been added to enhance the joy of collecting and visual appeal.

Meanwhile, to celebrate the update, Neowiz is running the 'Kitten Travel Destination' event until the 6th. Players can use currency earned through the event at the 'Wandering Workshop' exchange shop to obtain spring-themed limited items such as the 'Wisteria Forest' theme, the 'Spring Flower Dragon' friend, and 'Fragrant Cooking' facility skins. Unlocking travel photos will also provide additional special rewards, such as exclusive kitten costumes.
