Raven 2 kicked off its class change season from March 11th to 4:59 AM on March 18th. Since Meca Ranking data is collected every Thursday morning, players had ample time to weigh their options for a class change. We have seen shifts in popularity across both Korean and global regions.

Let’s start with the popular class rankings for the Korean region. Night Ranger and Divine Caster have absolutely locked down the 1st and 2nd spots, leaving others to scrap for 3rd place. The main protagonists here are the Berserker and Deathbringer. Berserker claimed 3rd in 18 servers, while Deathbringer took it in 7. Though the number of servers where they cracked the top 3 dropped by 4 compared to last week—and they slipped from 2nd—they remain a heavy hitter.

There are 36 servers in the Korean region total. Setting aside those dominated by the Berserker and Deathbringer, we are left with 11. The 3rd place distribution in these servers looks like this: 3 for Vanguard, 4 for Assassin, 3 for Destroyer, and 1 for Elementalist. The Assassin performed well, while the Vanguard and Destroyer are locked in a tight race.

Overall Class Analysis

To really get a feel for this class change trend, we have to look at the total class distribution. Night Ranger took a hefty 1.7% point hit. Meanwhile, in the upper echelons, the 4th-place Deathbringer snatched 6% points from the 3rd-place Berserker’s share. That said, the gap between the two sits at a mere 1.5% points.

The real story is in the middle and lower tiers. Last week’s rankings—5th Vanguard, 7th Assassin, 8th Gunslinger—have shifted to 5th Assassin, 7th Gunslinger, and 8th Vanguard. While the Assassin and Gunslinger expanded their slice of the pie, the Vanguard lost 0.8% points, which is quite significant. The Destroyer managed to hold its rank thanks to a negligible 0.1% point dip. Additionally, the 9th-place Elementalist gained 1% point; it will be interesting to see if they can climb higher.

Global Class Analysis

In the Raven 2 global region, the Berserker has reclaimed the 3rd spot. They held that position for quite a while, only to lose it to the Deathbringer in last week’s tally. At the time, the Berserker actually gained 0.2% points, but the Deathbringer’s surge of 0.7% points was simply too much to ignore. Unfortunately for the Deathbringer, that momentum didn't last; they fell by 1% point and slid back to 4th. The Berserker has now surged past the 9% barrier to reclaim its throne.

Guild Dungeon Ranking Records

The Raven 2 guild dungeon has moved into a new season. Naturally, the number of tracked guilds dropped from 352 to 154. What is surprising is the performance of the top 9. The 1st-place guild 'RoyalDanaekkeo' maintained a time of 7 minutes and 32 seconds for stage 5, while the 2nd and 3rd place guilds kept their records despite name changes. It seems 'MythRed' rebranded to 'RaonB' and 'MythFRED' to 'RaonFRED'. Generally, records have trended downwards across the board.

What caught my eye are 6th-place Alpha and 7th-place Valentine. The former improved from 12 minutes 10 seconds to 9 minutes 56 seconds, climbing 4 spots, while the latter shaved their time from 12 minutes 36 seconds down to 11 minutes 32 seconds to jump 5 places. Furthermore, even with the season just starting, the number of guilds that have successfully cleared stage 5 has risen from 17 to 19. As mentioned, the race to cut down clear times is in full swing. This season looks to be quite competitive.

Raven 2 Meca Ranking User Poll

Finally, let's look at the Raven 2 Meca Ranking user poll. Last week, we asked how you use 'Rare' and 'Hero' Creation Orbs. It didn't seem to be the most exciting topic, as participation was a bit sparse. The 1st-place response was aiming for actual Rare or Hero items to use. Personally, I remember snagging a decent Hero accessory this way. 2nd place was aiming for high-enhancement gear to reduce the stress of upgrading.

The 3rd place was a write-in: players simply don't care about Rare or Hero crafting. It seems those who have already moved on to crafting Legendary gear left this feedback. To those still using Rare or Hero gear, I wish you the best of luck in reaching that Legendary tier soon.
