On 17 March, 'Blade & Soul Revolution' relaunched its Lightness Skill Tournament with some much-needed quality-of-life tweaks. Alongside this, the developers have buffed the ranking and tier rewards for 'Arena Individual and Team Matches', and some battlefield content is currently undergoing a revamp. To top it off, two new spring-themed events have been rolled out, offering plenty of loot for those willing to participate.

The Lightness Skill Tournament season is back, where everyone competes on a level playing field with identical stats to prove their agility. It is a competitive event where you must reach the finish line within a set time limit using your own mastery of movement. You are locked in a non-combat stance throughout, though you can strategically pick up one-time martial arts skills from item boxes scattered across the map. They have improved various aspects of the experience since last season, including faster real-time leaderboard updates, score adjustments when crossing the finish line, and better visibility of remaining time.

The participation period for this season runs from 11:35 AM on 18 March until 4:00 AM on 30 March. Each match hosts between 15 to 20 players, and you can grab daily and weekly rewards including 5 'Heroic Skill Book Selection Chests' and 750 Black Stones.

The Arena individual and team modes have seen their ranking and tier rewards overhauled. If you manage to bag 1st place, you'll walk away with 7 'Mythic Upgrade Pattern Fragment Selection Chests', a special title, 3,000 Black Stones, and 10 'Ancient Fragment Chests'. Reaching the maximum 'Challenger' tier now grants 30 'Superior Equipment Material Support Chests', 1,500 Black Stones, and 60 million Silver, clearly aiming to spice up the competitive scene.

Don't overlook the spring missions that kicked off alongside these updates. 'Start of Spring, Let's Embark on a New Journey!' offers a 'Mythic Gem Summon 10+1' reward for completing five monster-slaying tasks. Since these mission rewards reset every Monday at midnight, you can claim them once per character every week until the mid-April update.

'With Falling Cherry Blossoms' is another event where you earn rewards by participating in the Lightness Skill Tournament and Faction Wars mentioned earlier. Each mission grants up to 25 'Mythic Weapon/Accessory/Relic' upgrade patterns. This event is also character-specific and resets every Monday at midnight, concluding with the update at the end of March.
