Balancing Hero/Legendary gear and Akasha

We've seen balance tweaks for specific Hero and Legendary grade gear. For Hero gear, it concerns T2 and above, while for Legendary, it targets the T1 Demon King series. Hero-grade equipment now includes one base stat and one Blessed effect, while Legendary gear has received an additional Blessed effect.

As for Akasha, the developers have addressed player feedback and given the skills a proper overhaul. 'Chain Slash' now grants a 70% damage immunity for 2 seconds immediately upon casting. The 'Moment of Ruin' skill has had its immortality trigger threshold bumped from 10% to 20% health.
