Dae-ral, a member of the 'Gongseongjeon' guild, has successfully held onto the top spot. Having carried over last week's performance, they remain unchallenged by fellow rankers. It appears the gap between the top dogs and the rest of the pack is widening quite a bit. KookminTree has compiled the latest updates on the Gongseongjeon and Advent Expedition mid-term standings.

Gongseongjeon slips, but still clings to the lead

Here are the top 20 rankings for the first week of April in SKRB. The Gongseongjeon guild maintains its grip on first place, though their total score has dipped by roughly 68 million points since last week. Meanwhile, 'Cheolgeo' and 'Bulgul' haven't budged in rank, yet they've managed to boost their scores by nearly 100 million points. Gongseongjeon sits at the throne for now, but with the chasing pack showing no signs of slowing their growth, they might want to look over their shoulders.

In the Advent Expedition mid-term count, Gongseongjeon has once again raced to the front, adding about 28.9 million points compared to the last check—a stark contrast to their performance in the main Gongseongjeon category. A shout-out to 'Yeonine', who broke into the Top 20 for the first time and snagged 3rd place in the Advent Expedition. It will be interesting to see if they can hold their ground in the final tallies. All in all, we are seeing more fresh faces pushing out the established powerhouses.

Dae-ral takes the top spot for two consecutive weeks

The individual rankings for the first week of April have seen an unprecedented occurrence. Dae-ral, who reclaimed the top spot last week, saw absolutely no change in their score. Yet, they managed to hold onto the number one position. They likely leveraged the sweep system based on their previous record, but even so, the runners-up failed to topple them.

One member of the Gongseongjeon guild has dropped out of the Top 10, replaced by 'Kijak' from the Cheolgeo guild. 'Doljaengi' of the Sinwol guild slipped from 5th to 8th, but remains comfortably in the running. Contrary to the prediction that the Top 10 would soon be entirely monopolized by Gongseongjeon, there are still plenty of seasoned rankers showing their mettle.

Gongseongjeon results by day for the 1st week of April

Here is the daily breakdown of the SKRB Gongseongjeon for the first week of April. As noted, the Gongseongjeon guild's scores are down, and that trend holds true across almost every castle. The Immortal Castle, which crossed the 200 million mark last week, dropped to 190 million, while the Death Castle fell from 346.9 million to 316 million points. Only the Saturday 'Cold Castle' and Sunday 'Hell Castle' saw improvements. With scores dipping from Monday to Friday, it remains to be seen whether they can bounce back or if this downward spiral will continue.

This week's Gongseongjeon pick

The Guardian Castle, the only one among the Mon-Wed castles to exceed 200 million points, previously utilised a 'Ruri - Miho' combination paired with 'Orly'. However, as top rankers have started employing 'Sun Wukong' as their main dealer, they have ditched Orly in favour of 'Lina'. The current preferred composition is 'Evan - Biscuit - Sun Wukong - Lina - Miho'.

Orly was dropped because Sun Wukong is a Universal type, meaning he doesn't benefit from her passive. Orly's passive only boosts the 'Critical Hit Rate - Critical Hit Damage' of herself and Magic-type heroes. While the sub-dealer 'Miho' gets the buff, she doesn't output enough damage to outperform Sun Wukong. Thus, rankers have concluded that Lina’s 'Damage Increase - Defense Reduction' utility is the superior choice. Plus, 'Biscuit' handles shield removal against Rudy, making Orly redundant.
