Smilegate announced on the 29th that it will participate in the 2026 Anime Expo, the largest subculture festival in North America, held in Los Angeles this July. Smilegate will meet North American users with two titles: Chaos Zero Nightmare and Miraeshi: The Invisible Future. This marks the company's first-ever appearance at the Anime Expo.

The Anime Expo is held annually at the LA Convention Center, and this year it will take place over four days from July 2nd to 5th. Smilegate will host booths for both IPs. The venue will feature various experiential events and cosplay activities, and a demo zone will be available for attendees to play Miraeshi. A special brand page for the Anime Expo was also launched on the 29th, where detailed information on on-site events will be released sequentially.

Miraeshi is a new subculture collection RPG developed by Control Nine and published by Smilegate. The game gained significant attention at last year's Tokyo Game Show and AGF, building a strong fanbase with the participation of Art Director Hyung-seop Kim (Hwella). It depicts an adventure across time to prevent the extinction of humanity and is set to offer unique fun by combining real-time turn-based combat with time-travel mechanics.

Chaos Zero Nightmare is a dark fantasy roguelike RPG developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate. Since its launch on October 22nd last year, it has been loved by users in 173 countries worldwide. To celebrate its half-anniversary, the game will feature a major 'ARISE' update and offline events starting April 29th.

Among the 'ARISE' update content, the new 'Sortie' mode, which maximizes the fun of the roguelike genre, and the new seasonal operative 'Heidemarie' are drawing particular attention. Additionally, the event includes up to 70 free recruits, attendance events providing 5-star operatives and partners, and a 'Selective Recruit' system. The Selective Recruit allows players to perform 200 free recruits and choose one of the 10-pull results.
