LINE Games announced on the 7th that it has appointed Tae-woong Yoo, former CEO of Neptune and Nimble Neuron, as its new Head of Management (Vice President). This appointment is part of a strategy to strengthen business competitiveness alongside the launch of the company's new co-CEO management system.

Tae-woong Yoo graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration and worked at Hangame and Naver before joining Neptune as a founding member in 2012. He is credited with successfully managing Neptune's overall business and operations, leading the company's early growth and its eventual KOSDAQ listing. He later served as a co-CEO of Neptune.

Yoo led the stabilization of Neptune's management after it was incorporated as a Kakao subsidiary, and in 2024, as co-CEO of Nimble Neuron, he contributed to the company's turnaround to profitability. In particular, he drove the operational refinement and service expansion of Nimble Neuron's self-developed title, Eternal Return, securing the practical momentum for Neptune to achieve record-breaking performance.

LINE Games plans to utilize the practical expertise and know-how of Vice President Tae-woong Yoo, who possesses extensive management experience from the company's early stages through to post-IPO operations, to further advance its internal management system. Through this, the company aims to build a robust system capable of establishing a foundation for sustainable growth in a fiercely competitive global environment.
