Netmarble will release an online showcase video on its official YouTube channel at 7 PM on the 13th to introduce the upcoming Blade & Soul Revolution update.

Through this update, the Blade & Soul Revolution game engine will be upgraded from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5. The online showcase will explain the reasons behind this engine transition and detail the resulting changes to the game environment and technical performance.

Along with the engine upgrade, a new class will be unveiled for the first time. This new class features a combat style distinct from existing Blade & Soul Revolution classes, promising a new gameplay experience that will shift the flow of the battlefield. The 2026 update roadmap and information on events celebrating the engine update will also be introduced.

The showcase will feature Director Ryu Jae-sung and Planning Team Lead Lee Hwan-jong from Netmarble F&C, along with Netmarble Business Division Head Jung Seung-hwan. Director Ryu stated, "This update is more than just adding content; it will be a turning point for Blade & Soul Revolution to evolve to the next level," adding, "We plan to provide a detailed look at the changes players can experience firsthand and the future direction of the game through this showcase."
