Paralives, the life simulation title long touted as a competitor to The Sims, has officially crossed the 1 million sales mark following its early access launch.

The team broke the news on the 24th via their Steam page. "We are immensely grateful for the support and enthusiasm shown over the past month," the developers stated, promising to "actively incorporate player feedback to refine the game further."

To celebrate the million-seller milestone, they’ve dropped an infographic detailing their post-launch stats. The game saw a consistent daily average of 80,000 concurrent players over the last week. With players clocking in an average of 11 hours each, the team has already pushed out 6 patches and hotfixes. The community has been busy too, filing 350,000 pieces of feedback and bug reports, while flooding the Steam Workshop with over 22,000 custom mods.

First teased back in 2019, Paralives caught everyone’s eye with its charming, detailed aesthetic and a high level of customization freedom. After hitting 250,000 sales in just 8 hours this May, it currently maintains a 'Very Positive' rating on Steam, with 90% of the 17,806 reviews singing its praises as of the 25th.
